CESVA integrates real-time alerts via Telegram into its Noiseplatform to optimize the control of industrial and urban noise.

• The Noiseplatform platform adds this instant messaging channel to offer immediate notifications to Android and iPhone users.

In its ongoing commitment to digitalization and agility in environmental management, CESVA today announced the integration of Telegram as a new alert channel on its acoustic monitoring platform, Noiseplatform. This new feature, available simultaneously for Android and iPhone devices, allows environmental technicians, consultants, and local authorities to receive instant notifications about noise level exceedances directly in their usual messaging app.

Following the recent launch of its exclusive mobile app, CESVA is taking another step in optimizing the user experience. The integration with Telegram addresses the industry's need for reactive management tools that don't rely on constantly checking email.

Maximum immediacy and team management

The service stands out for its speed and real-time responsiveness. When a sensor measures a value that exceeds the thresholds configured by the user (based on variables such as time interval, acoustic function, or continuous exceedance time), the platform sends an automated message to the Telegram chat.

The message includes critical event data: sensor ID, exact time, and the threshold value exceeded. It also includes a direct link that opens the Noiseplatform app for quick auditing.

Because it's a Telegram-compatible platform, the service also allows the alert bot to be shared within workgroups. This way, entire networks of security guards or municipal inspectors can receive the same alert simultaneously, coordinating their field response immediately.

Quick Implementation Guide

To ensure a smooth start-up, CESVA has published a quick start and installation guide that reduces the setup process to three basic steps:

1. Define alerts: Select the desired sensors and activate Telegram as the preferred receiving method.
2. Link Telegram: Generate the access link to the official Telegram bot and press "Start" to associate the device with the user account.
3. Receive real-time notifications: Once the linking is complete, the system will automatically start sending the configured alerts and notifications via Telegram.

With this update, CESVA consolidates Noiseplatform as one of the most versatile and mobile-oriented acoustic monitoring tools on the market, facilitating smarter, connected and accessible noise control for all agents involved in noise pollution management.
